Where can I find out the information about my image on my computer
I wish to send? Please note: We recommend recorded delivery for hard copy items (photos) sent by post, as most items are of sentimental value. Any other issues regarding sending photos please use our contact page and we will be happy to give you further help and advice.
Q: Can I send you a picture from my digital camera? A: Yes, but we recommend that you use a camera with at least 3 million pixels and also have it set to the highest quality. Q. Can I send you pictures on a CD? A: Yes, simply download our order form, fill it out with the relevant details and post your CD and form to us. Q: How long does it take for my work to be completed? A: For photo prints and un-stretched canvas prints, you should receive these within 5 working days. (if paying by cheque we do have to wait for the funds to clear.) For stretched canvas prints and creative images delivery takes between 7-14 working days. Q: Do I have to pay when I first submit my image? A: No. Once we have assessed the work required we will email or phone you with a quote and payment details. Q: Can I scan my own photo’s and email them to you or send them by post on CD? A:
Yes, but be sure to scan your photos at 300DPI at the size required
and save files for email as jpeg’s and via post as Tiffs. Q: If I send you my original photos or negatives is there a charge for scanning these? A: No. We do not charge any extra for scanning customers images. We recommend that you use this method if you are unsure about the best way to scan your original. Q: I have a photo taken by a professional photographer, are you able to reproduce this? A: No. Unfortunately we are unable to print from these images as the photographer holds the copyright to the photographs. If you ask your photographer if you can reproduce their images and they give you permission, ask them to give you something in writing to confirm this. Q: What is the maximum file size I can email to you? A: Through our upload section you can send us files up to 50mb in size, for files larger than this we recommend sending them on a CD to us.
A: We accept jpeg, tiff, bmp, psd files. For email purposes we recommend jpeg set at maximum quality. Q: Where can I find out the information about my image on my computer I wish to send? A: If you right click on the image you wish to send this will bring up a pop up menu, look for properties and click. This will then give you the file size and file size on disk, also what format it is jpeg etc.
